with a high productivity ,the process of washing makes possible by Nylon Roller type wire brushes ,fixed inside the unit ,with the help of spray nozles and water.

On functioning ,all the trays get completely wet by spraying cold water ,through conveyor in the first stage (alongwith chemicals and or soap water if required )than the trays get fully brushed alongwith water from all sides in the second stage and in the next stage they get gently washed with hot water line and finally reaches very smoothly after a completely safe & hygeine bathing at the delivery end.
